Years of relevant experience, a deep familiarity with the neighborhoods that comprise Grand Rapids, and a proven track record for closing the deal, mark my nearly two-decade career in real estate. As a result of my tenure, I’ve been fortunate enough to observe how the market has evolved, both nationwide, and right here in Michigan. Despite the ongoing changes in the intricate ecosystem of real estate, a few key factors remain true. Since 1995 I’ve had the honor of calling West Michigan home, although I’ve had the opportunity to spend time all across the state. Like many other places in the country, the market in Michigan has morphed in meaningful ways. Nevertheless, many of the hallmarks of the area remain intact. Such is true for the city of Grand Rapids, a midsize metropolis that offers nearly all the amenities of a bigger city, without significant setbacks.
